Will it actually help with eye strain?+
It fixes the three things that make screens hard on your eyes: glare, a bright screen in a dim room, and blue-heavy light at night. That's what the American Optometric Association and ergonomics research point to as the main drivers of digital eye strain. It's not a medical device. No lamp is. But it removes the conditions that make your eyes tired.
Does it need a cable on the desk?+
One cable, going from the back of the bar to power (USB-C into your monitor, dock, laptop hub, or any 5V USB-C wall plug). The dial is fully wireless on 2.4 GHz. No app, no pairing.
Will it fit my monitor?+
Yes. The sliding weighted clip fits flat, thin (iMac-style) and curved ultrawide monitors, with top bezels from 0.4 cm to 6 cm. No screws, no adhesive.
What colour temperatures does it produce?+
2700K warm through 6500K daylight, plus a mixed mode. Fully dimmable in fine steps from the wireless dial.
Is it really flicker-free?+
Yes. DC driver, independently rated to IEEE STD 1789 and IEC 62471 for no blue-light hazard.
